Travis Koch

Cheif Imagineer/Operations 

Travis grew up as a “military brat” and a Kansas ranch kid—training horses, rodeoing, wrestling, fiddling, and generally living as a wild country boy. A consummate student and a wild child at heart, he possessed a deep love for learning and adventure. While pursuing the medical field with a focus on microbiology and mathematics, he excelled academically but was stymied by a debilitating form of childhood arthritis that threatened his physical aspirations.

Told he would be unable to walk by age 20 and dead by 25, Travis transformed into an even more relentless force of nature. Following a short stint in college, he drove semis and combines, holding several blue-collar jobs before deciding to join the U.S. Marine Corps to follow family tradition. He kept his enlistment a secret from his father until his trip to MEPS. Despite his medical history, Travis maxed out his ASVAB, and through Godly intervention, an elderly doctor overrode the declining nurses to approve his enlistment.

As a Sergeant, Travis eventually left the Corps to pursue a career in financial planning, earning his Series 6 and 63 securities licenses as well as his Life, Health, and Annuity certifications. After a move to Florida to build his first company in financial planning, he returned to California to work in mortgage banking and had a side gig in the roofing sector. Following the events of 9/11, he joined the USMC Reserve to fight the War on Terror, deploying as a Sergeant with 1st LAR during OIF 1, leading an infantry platoon.

In 2008, Travis returned to active duty to pursue a career in Special Operations. He joined MARSOC  & deployed to combat in the Special Operations community. After leaving the teams, he served as the Assistant Intelligence Chief for the 1st Marine Division and started his second construction company.

 Following a successful career as a commercial construction superintendent—completing over 45 builds CONUS & globally across the retail and federal sectors—Travis decided it was time to give back. He returned to Colorado to establish his own construction firm and pursue his ultimate mission: Benaiah Ranch. Inspired by 2nd Samuel 23:20, the ranch is dedicated to the rescue and recovery of victims of human trafficking. (In the verse Beniaih chased a lion into a pit on a snowy day and killed it) The organization will house & homeschool children & develop them into amazing powerful survivors he calls “Lion Chasers!”

Kaden Barbeaux

VP of Imagineering/Operations 

Kaden grew up his entire life in the Eastern Upper Peninsula of Michigan. A young life filled with working with his hands and enjoying what the outdoor world had to offer him. An advent outdoorsman, through his life, to this day.

With 15 years of hands-on experience in the civil and residential construction industry, Kaden has built a reputation for delivering millions of dollars in successful projects across the united states. Starting from the ground level and working up, Kaden has developed a deep understanding of all aspects of construction, specializing in earthwork and utility work.

As an Army veteran, Kaden honed precision and discipline as a Horizontal Engineer and Combat Engineer, skills that have seamlessly translated into the construction field. This unique blend of military and civilian experience brings a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety to every project undertaken.

Known for an ability to tackle complex challenges and lead teams to success, Kaden Barbeaux has consistently exceeded client expectations while maintaining the highest standards of construction excellence.
